I am a Technical Product Manager at Qwiik, a logistics and shipping agency platform. I joined as a UI Developer in 2023, grew into a Senior Frontend Developer, and moved into product management in June 2026.
Before Qwiik, I spent years building web products in e-commerce and cloud gaming, including a stint as a Technical Team Lead. That path taught me how products actually get built, where scope creeps, and which technical decisions are hard to reverse.
Today I write PRDs, coordinate across teams and clients, manage delivery in ClickUp, and keep documentation useful. I also use AI tools to prototype ideas quickly, so stakeholders can react to something tangible before we commit engineering time.
